These terms apply to taqpulse.com, run by TaqPulse, LLC (“TaqPulse”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them.

A product in development

TaqPulse is in development. Images are renderings of the pilot design, and app screens, swing data, specifications and features shown on this site are concepts or illustrations. Any of them may change or never ship. Nothing here is a promise of availability, price or performance, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell the product.

Pilot program

You must be 18 or older to apply. Applying does not guarantee a place. Pilot participation, if offered, is covered by a separate pilot agreement, including confidentiality terms, which takes precedence over these terms for anything to do with the pilot.

Investors

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities. Any offering will be made only to eligible investors through definitive documents.

Your ideas and feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, through a form, by email or otherwise, you agree we may use them freely, without any obligation or payment to you. Please don’t send us anything you consider confidential.

Intellectual property

TaqPulse™ and the TaqPulse logo are trademarks of TaqPulse, LLC. Please don’t use them, or copy the site’s content, without our permission. Other names, such as iPhone and Android, belong to their owners.

No warranties; limits on liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, TaqPulse, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US$100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
