This policy explains what TaqPulse, LLC (“TaqPulse”, “we”) collects through taqpulse.com and how it is used. Plain version: we collect what you type into our forms, and we use it only to talk to you about TaqPulse.

What we collect

Pilot program applications: your name, email, handicap range and phone type, plus anything optional you add: how often you play, your city or region, which glove you wear, whether you coach, and a note.

Update sign-ups: your email address only.

Emails you send us, including about investing, and our replies.

Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider records your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We also use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions.

How we use it

To select pilot testers and run the pilot, to send you updates you asked for, to answer your emails, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

Railway hosts this site and the database that stores form submissions. Resend sends our emails, including the confirmation you receive when you submit a form. Plausible Analytics counts visits. These providers handle data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Update sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Pilot applications are kept until the pilot program ends, then deleted within 24 months unless you have become a tester or asked to stay in touch. Technical logs are kept only as long as our hosting provider retains them for operations.

Your choices

Email [email protected] at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop hearing from us. Every update email will include a way to unsubscribe.

Cookies, analytics and Do Not Track

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not track you over time or across other websites, so it treats visitors the same whether or not their browser sends a Do Not Track signal. Visit counts come from Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and reports only aggregate figures such as page views, referring sites and how many people submit each form.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and you must be 18 or older to apply for the pilot program. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
